Kay Lee was extremely helpful and very friendly. She made it all an enjoyable shopping experience. She was both polite and knowledgable about products. This is the third time we have shopped at Bensons and we would definitely come back.

A great experience
It was like the old days when you went to purchase an item and the sales team took their time with you, caring. sharing their experience and giving you time to consider your options, to the point of delivery where the team kept up to date with their progress.

Have used Benson for Beds before and always had fantastic customer service, John was magnificent. We knew the parameters of what we wanted when we walked in by looking at their website. John helped us along the way to make the best decisions about mattress and colours of headboard and base and kept us within our budget.

Pleasant experience.
To start, an amazing showroom, 110 beds on a spacious display. We spoke to Jon who proved to be very knowlegeable on beds and matresses and we knew what we wanted and left with Jon to e-mail us a full quote. A brief discussion in the car resulted in our returning to the showroom and ordering the bed without waiting. Jon was very good throughout the proceedings,

Excellent start to finish
I recently purchased two bed and two mattresses and the entire experience was exceptional- largely thanks to Wendy in Ashford. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.
Thanks to her guidance, we chose the correct beds and mattresses that has completely improved our sleep quality. There's extremely well built and comfortable, The iGel nanotech 3000i mattress is a must buy.
Customer service like this is rare- patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

The service was really good
The service was really good, from the shop Tom was really good and patien. Showed me different beds and even did the measurements for me to make sure it fits. The delivery team where also just as good, very efficient and left the room tidy and they were really friendly.

Super helpful staff. Loving the bed and my sleep
It's just under a week the bed is delivered. Until now everything from the staff at store helping us choose the right bed with mattress and delivery date/assembly/ binning our old mattress... have been top notch . We bought the motorised storage bed. The functioning is good. The mattress is very very comfy. But its only under a week now. So cannot fully say about the product itself. So far so good! 5 star to all the staff who helped us in the process.
