The staff in the store were brilliant, as were those who delivered. I am really happy with the bed and the service as a whole. My first mattress wasn’t right for me and I exchanged it under the guarantee without any fuss. Would highly recommend

Lovely experience
We were able to see and try the beds unaccompanied and the staff were there if we needed any advice. Lianne was very helpful and informative when we were ready to order, in fact she was really lovely and friendly. The whole experience was extremely good.

We walked in and didn’t know anything…
We walked in and didn’t know anything about the different beds, we spoke to Gemma at benson for beds at Ashton under Lyne snipe retail park who was very knowledgeable on every bed, she walked us round each bed to try and talked us through each one as they were all so different from how they were manufactured to layers inside, we settled on the Hypnos 05 bed which was so comfy when lying on it. I didn’t want to go anywhere else because Gemma was so helpful. Looking forward to the delivery day and a cosy comfy night sleep. I also told Gemma I have back and hip pain which she talked us through how the bed should conform to the body and no pressure on the body which she checked for when we was lay on the beds. Thank you very much, Gemma is an asset to the store.

Order a bed to be delivered as a whole item and you will be charged twice. One for base and once for mattress, delivered in one trip.
Beware of what I regarded as sharp practice on delivery charges. Charged for bed then mattress separately but delivered together.
Also, part missing but this was rectified swiftly, within 24 hours
That aspect was excellent service recovery.

Long lead time
We order our king mattress and arrived when they said it would
We are pleased with the whole process, selection, delivery and product.

Purchase in showroom, self assemble bed
Showroom person (Lianne) was very helpful and knowledgeable and good with the kids. We found what we wanted. Delivery was efficient. Putting it up took about 1hr30, but all straightforward. Would recommend them.
