The whole shopping experience was a pleasure. We were overwhelmed by the different types of beds so the assistants encouraged us to try the beds and pillows by sleeping on them. The store assistants were helpful and patient while we tried on several beds and pillows before purchase. Delivery was swift and with care.

Decided I needed a new mattress
Decided I needed a new mattress, popped into Banbury Store, Pete served us, listened about my back problems, put me on the mattress machine, decided which comfort I liked.
Pete then took me around to the mattresses, the first one I tried, I loved.
Went home to check mattress size due to ikea bed frame, called Pete, bought it over the phone there & then.

Great service from start to finish. The staff at Bensons gave us plenty of space to try out the beds and were happy to answer questions without pressuring us into a sale. They even provided an itemised quote so we could go home and think about it. We returned the next day to buy, and the process was quick and easy. A very positive, relaxed experience.

Amazing from shop to delivery
amazing customer service from the guy ins tore which made the experience amazing and didn't try to up sell and answered every question with detail and helped us pick our dream bed and a big thanks to the delivery drivers who installed the bed was amazing nothing wasn't to much trouble and again answered all questioned in detail.

We had a mattress from bensons which…
We had a mattress from bensons which was faulty. Bensons replaced the mattress like for like and after about 9 months that one also turned out to be faulty Bensons then collected it and gave us a full refund. Nothing was too much trouble and we have to say customer service was excellent and second to none. The faults we had were a manufacturer problem not Bensons. Bensons have been so good that we have been back and now have the Staples splendour firm which has only just been delivered so can’t comment on that but so far so good.

Getting rid of large wooden bed frame
I visited Bensons for beds Banbury for the second time this year to purchase a double divan base.
As before the staff very helpful checking what I needed for our existing mattress etc.
All concluded satisfactorily.

great service, both in the shop and delivery service... great communication.
Even though they couldn't get the old bed down the stairs, they were very helpful to try and get me a refund for recycling the bed.... however, it was pretty obvious that admin then management (Eventually) at the end of the phone seemed to make the drivers job more difficult! Once this was approved, again brilliant service when I phoned up the shop to claim my approved refund. Thanks for a great service and quality new bed and mattress!
