Still waiting for my mattress.
Ii went in and bought a king sized mattress from Benson beds in Banbury on 7th Oct 25. Unfortunately they did not have one in store. I was told by the manager there would be one on the next days delivery. When I went to collect it, there was no mattress. I was told it would definitely be here on Tues 14th Oct. Today. Still no mattress. I can not move into my home without a bed. I bought it in store so I could have it quickly. Now I am being told Thursday. I'm very disappointed with Bensona beds.

From Excellent service
From the moment I walked in to the Banbury Showroom I knew I was in the right place. The sales person Pete was attentive and very knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses etc. The delivery people were on time and very friendly and helpful, couldn't wish for a better service all round.

Really efficient process
Really efficient ordering. Staff in the store were excellent and solved an issue with the order and the finance agreement quickly. Delivery was smooth and efficient with driver actually ringing and confirming delivery time. Bed in and old one out all in 15mins.

The staff at Benson's were very helpful and friendly. Pete was knowledgeable and helped us in finding the right bed for us. No pushy sales, plenty of time to look around and try different beds. A really good experience.
