Excellent experience. The chap that came over was very helpful and insightful. Gave us lots of information without the usual pressurised sales mind games. Managed to help with a deal which given spending over £2.5k was appreciated. He is a credit to Bensons.

New purchase
We went to the Banbury store yesterday to ‘look’ for a new King size bed. Pete was extremely helpful, he gave very good advice. His knowledge was extremely good. We ended up buying a bed which was unbelievably comfortable, especially as I have issues with my hips. I can’t wait for the bed to arrive! Thanks Pete 😊

Pete (and the whole team) were superb
Pete (and the whole team) were superb. We spent 2 hours browsing on Saturday and got lots of good info and advice from Pete. We slept on it and returned on Sunday. They shifted our shortlist of 2 mattresses onto the bed frame we'd chosen, so we could see exactly what it felt like with the 2 items combined. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a great time with a few laughs. Fantastic customer service. No pressure. Would highly recommend.

Poor Service Bensons for beds Banbury
Service in Banbury shop by Mike was brilliant got the bed we wanted and arranged collection of old bed. Great! We were given 4th July delivery date which really worked for us. Then we decided we’ll keep our old bed and put it in spare room as it’s newer and better condition than the Devan bet in there. Phoned bensons Banbury to explain it’s not a bed frame but a devan type bed. Then 2 hrs later got phone call saying due to change bed won’t be delivered till 14th July! Why the change of date not impressed as we need to take holiday now to accept delivery. Poor servicr

Mandy was really helpful and understood how we needed to be helped so as not to overwhelm the gentleman I was supporting excellent service.
We want to say how helpful and informative the staff have been at bensons for beds.
They did me a quote of the diffent choices as I was supporting a gentleman to choose his own bed and he needed time to make his choice so he could go home and decide without feeling over whelmed about the choice.

Lovely staff and very helpful
Really good advice from the lovely lady that was working at Benson for beds. She was very helpful,made everything easy. We went in just to get one single mattress and ended up with two mattresses,one bed and one headboard.
