Great customer service. We visited the shop as we needed a new mattress, The assistant had a deep knowledge of their range and the different firmness ratings. It only took 30 minutes to go through these with him and and ordered a Tempur medium mattress with the added bonus of -10% and two free pillows!

We were made to feel important as soon as we walked in.Darren was very helpful and informative throughout the process.

We had an idea what we wanted before we visited the store. Assistant was very helpful and friendly and helped us make our choice. No pressure, no hard sell or trying to influence and we like that.

Great service, greeted with a friendly face who answered all my questions and concerns, no pressure to buy anything and made to feel at ease. Walked away with a mattress perfect for my 3 year old and they even put it in the car for me ! Definitely recommended and will be going back there if I need to purchase anything else.

The store was clean, tidy, well lit with plenty of room to move around. Product descriptions were easy to read. Sue, our salesperson was an absolute delight. Listening to what we wanted, then giving excellent and most importantly honest advice. She encouraged us to take our time to try out mattresses properly and it felt as though she cared that we got exactly what we wanted and would ensure a good nights sleep. Prices were competitive, cheaper than other national chains.

Very easy to talk to staff, who showed me items I had picked out beforehand online. Encouraged to view other stock, & given a very reasonable quote, with no hassle to commit to it immediately. Follow up next day & bought what I required.

Helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, provided all of the answers to my questions and needs in replacing my 13 year old king size mattress, encouraged to lie on and try out the various options at different firmness and price levels, also offered option of pillows and guarantees which completed the package. all at what i felt was a competitive cost.

It was a nice experience and wasn’t pressured into buying the salesman Darren was very knowledgeable and gave us a number of varieties to explore

We were looking for a new mattress. There was a wide choice on offer and after testing a few we were able to choose one that was comfortable. We felt that buying online was inappropriate as one needed to try out the support given by the mattress.

I visited two Bensons and other bed retailers before deciding to buy. Bensons in Barnstable had a helpful member of staff who advised me on my options and the costs. At the Taunton store the staff weren't so helpful but apparently the computers were down that day and they looked a bit stressed. After some consideration I opted to purchase from Bensons online, and realised I could get a discount that way and saved myself about £100! Ottoman base and headboarad has yet to arrive but the ordering process and interest free credit option was easy to negotiate. Can't comment on the bed or delivery as there's a 3 week wait.
