Sue was so helpful she really has supported us throughout the whole process, even when we ordered 2 items that didn’t fit the room she solved the issue and went over and above. If I could add more stars I would. My first experience with Benson’s but I am sure it will not be my last….. Thank you to Sue and the team.

We were made welcome in store and encouraged to try out several beds. Made our choice with useful info and help from sales lady in our local store . Date for delivery was arranged 👍🏻

Benson staff gave me time to choose also showed me the mattress's relevant to what I asked for and gave me advice and time to make my choice

I went into store not sure what the best bed would be for myself and my husband as I have back problems and he has rheumatoid arthritis but also needed storage. We were shown a number of beds and then offered a really good deal on an Artisan Grand full set. We got a great price but I'm not 100% sure it was the best option for us, I think we got tempted by a bargain but only time will tell. I'm not sure if we should have gone for a Tempur or iGel bed instead.

So we had some issues when we went to collect the bed, not wrapped as promised or prepared for collection. Staff quite rude! The mattress is way too firm for me and my shoulder and neck are really playing up, can't sleep on my side in this bed.

It's now just over 5 months since purchase and mattress has dips on either side and is raised in the centre of the mattress. I definitely don't recommend Bensons For Beds!!!

Made welcome and shown what option we had. Left to try at our own leisure with no pressure to buy. Paid cash and gave £20 too much assistance was very honest and gave this back.

Always get friendly, helpful one-to-one advice at Benson's Barrow-in-Furness. On this occasion the lady sales assistant (Mrs Merritt?) was outstanding.

Sales staff were so helpful. Their advice enabled us to choose the right mattress and frame for our new house. Can't praise them enough.

We visited Bensons for Beds, Barrow in Furness store, to try out some mattresses. We were super impressed by Sue and her knowledge of the mattresses. We were looking for a great deal and found a good quality mattress and bed with free smart T.V. We'd tried Stollers, but they wanted to charge us 15 pounds a month to store it, and weren't flexible on their prices. We thought we got a much better deal from Sue. Looking forward to delivery now, and hoping all goes smoothly.
