lovely clean store making easy to choose our bed in comfort although felt conned as sales assistant informed us that she had given us the insurance as part of the deal using my blue light card but looking at the invoice when we got home we had been charged for this anyway

We were given advice when we first entered the shop but then left to try out beds without being hassled. Any questions we asked were answered clearly and simply.
The order process was quick and easy.

I ordered two bedside tables, which were supposed to arrive in one week. I paid and waited, but when I followed up a week later, I was told the tables were damaged and replacements would arrive the following week. I waited again, only to hear that the replacements were also damaged. To make matters worse, they said the next delivery would take another five weeks! The salesperson finally offered to cancel the order, so I did. The whole process was frustrating and unprofessional. I wasted time and money for nothing—what a disappointment.

Great customer service from start to finish, the personal touch with detailed knowledge of the wardrobe we finally brought, and working with us to make sure we got exactly what we were after.

Brandon and Sue were very cheery and helpful, the showroom had plenty of choice with various mattress strenghts and different makes, although maybe cheaper online I prefer to try out and visually see the product, delivery and recycling organised, I just look forward to receiving my new mattress,

Visited the Barrow Store today. A lovely lady called Tina showed me around. She was very patient, friendly, professional and helpful. She listened to my needs and explained all the different options available for me and my family.

It was great to go into the store and be left to wander around without the sales pressure, once I had found a couple of product's I was interested in their patience time & knowledge was second to none, as I was backward's & forward's trying to make my mind up. Would definately recommend them 🙂
