Great service with a disappointing hiccup inbetween.
This review is for the customer service advisor and the two delivery lads, NOT the delivery team who was too scared to even try and get a wagon down our road.
Brandon in Barrow, absolutely superb service, what a fantastic guy, super helpful and professional, thanks Brandon.
Andy Mc and Ryan on deliveries yesterday from the Durham branch, again absolutely superb, nothing too much trouble, extremely professional, polite and a great pair of gents.

Helpful staff at Barrow in Furness store
review .
We were ordering on behalf of a disabled friend, Sue & the team were very helpful in finding what we hope will be a comfortable bed for him. We were pleased to be able to get the full bed, including base, mattress, protective cover, headboard, assembly, re-cycling of his old bed & bed guard guarantee for less than some mattresses. He has to wait just over 2 weeks for delivery so hopefully it’s fine.
