Bensons For Beds - Barrow-in-Furness Reviews 

Our experience was brilliant and the lady who served us was so friendly !!! She helps us pick the right right and helot with the mattress she didn't rush us and we were able to try the bed to see how it felt

This is based on my true experience with Bensons store in Barrow in Furness. Rude service from the staff and management. I have been discriminated because I complained about the way I was treated to customer services the worst experience I have faced. The manager even told me to leave the store because I told her the poor service I received no one who is professional will behave in this manner. Many customers face poor service from people or companies and most help and find a resolution but not this store they have so much arrogance and ego that they think they can treat any customer how they want.
We will never go to this store and we’ve made all the people we know about our poor experience. Treat people how you would like to be treated in life it’s about time you all learn basic values.
I would like to mention that some people have written reviews in favour for the store so they are not based on true experience. The worst retail store I have visited in my life with staff who showed no respect towards me just because I was not happy with their service why would I? you didn’t deliver any service you insulted me as a customer and made up lies against me. I will always speak the truth and you delivered zero service. When did you all thank me for my custom? You didn’t! God is the highest judge and will deal with it

The 2 women that i dealt with in the shop were more than helpful with my purchase. They made ordering a bed easy with great advice from both of them.

The service I received was excellent. While choosing my mattress the staff were most helpful as I have very poor mobility. The staff in this store are very welcoming and helpful . Tina who dealt with my purchase was very patient and understanding which made the experience a pleasant one .

She matched the discount I could of got with my blue light card , it’s a shame Bensons don’t give Blue Light discounts, I world have thought they would bring a big popular company
