I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds..... I took my dad in to purchase a whole bed and the staff in their made it an enjoyable experience and were very knowledgeable. All in all, my dad left with a spring in his step and purchased his bed which was going to arrive in a couple of weeks.

Very helpful in store from the moment we entered till the time we purchased our mattress for one of our daughters.

The staff were incredibly helpful and we were able to choose a new mattress.
However, on entering the store there were clear indications there was a discount sale until Tuesday (7th November). We went into the store on Monday 6th November, and when we purchased our new mattress, our very helpful sales person went to the desk to check on our discount. However, she returned to tell us that Bensons had sent an email that morning to say the sale would end at 9am on Monday 6th November. We expressed our disappointment and even the sales assistant was surprised that the sale had apparently ended early. So you therefore need to explain to us why your advertising around the store indicated an end to the sale on Tuesday 7th November, and yet your head office sent an email to the store to end it at 9.00am on Monday 6th November - we missed out on a discount as a result. We continued with our purchase because we found the mattress we wanted.

Sue and Brandon were informative, helpful but not pushy. An example to other retailers.

Sue was a very helpful and knowledgeable. Did nt hassle us or pressurised us into buying. Stayed in the background until needed and then provided expert advice allowing us to make the right decision for us. All in all a pleasent experience.

Staff were very welcoming and really helpful and patient while I tried different beds.
Some good advice and being able to try different mattresses was invaluable. Much better than taking a guess online. Staff were also able to make sure I benefited from the various offers available.

Buying a bed was a great experience,the staff were very helpful finding us the correct type of bed then showing us what was available through the price ranges. We also left the shop with new pillows as we tried different ones whilst trying the bed's... highly recommend the staff at the Barrow in Furness store
