Unfortunately this is my third mattress…
Unfortunately this is my third mattress in 3 years. I have had 2 defective mattresses and on the second replacement Customer Service and store experience was awful.
Store manager rude and unhelpful.
Customer Service showed no interest in my issues and took days to respond.
It took over 2 months from initial enquiry to getting new mattress.

Your staff very helpful, but not overwhelming, they were very knowledgable about the beds, mattresses, and other products available. The lady who served us was polite, well informed, and went out of her way to answer all our queries. She was most helpful, with pricing and explained offers available and when they expired.

The delivery arrived on time, and the delivery team were very helpful and professional, especially when bringing the mattresses into the house. Good selection of mattresses were available to try, the staff was very helpful with giving insights and choosing the right one for us. They were also very good at keeping the kids entertained to help us make our decision.
