Great service at Basingstoke
Really helpful advice from Stuart, took time and explained difference between mattress tension and comfort. Mattress was delivered on time within the time frame and was kept informed on the day and received a call 20 minutes before actual delivery.
Let’s hope the mattress lives up to expectations.

Excellent instore service
Stuart was extremely helpful and took the time to explain how he would assess our pressure points and sleeping style in order to tailor our search for a mattress. We did not feel pressured to buy and were given a good choice of mattresses to try across the price bands. We feel we have been enabled to make the right choice and are looking forward to receiving our new mattress by the end of the month, which is a very good delivery time, too!

We only went in to test mattresses.
We only went in to test mattresses.
We walked out with our bedframe mattress, insurance and bed & mattress recycling all sorted.
We were met by David, who was kind and patient, especially as our baby was with us. He helped us find the perfect mattress for us and then helped us order everything swiftly.
We were only popping in because the store was so close to Gregg's for lunch and we'd been meaning to try a new mattress for our proposed new bed. So glad we did.

The thing with Benson’s I wasn’t taken straight to the most expensive bed first so I found my bed quite quickly. It was the same when I went back for a mattress, we started with the cheaper version & I found my mattress on the 3rd one so all done nice & quickly

Great and attentive service
Great service and at all times we felt that we were listened to and our requirements taken into account. This was especially important for myself as I have had a spinal fusion and being comfortable is quite the challenge.
We were walked through and tried all of the instore mattress options and never felt rushed at any time.
Bensons performed far better than the other bed retailers we visited.
Now we have a month to wait for our bed, so hopefully that will be equally impressive.
