Good service and great delivery drivers thank you

Our experience in your Basingstoke store was exemplary. The team there, were very friendly and helpful as well as knowing their products well. I often feel uncomfortable in stores and do not enjoy the experience feeling anxious, but, this occasion was completely different and very refreshing to have asked assistants that listened and advised in a way that enabled me to feel comfortable and at ease, able to make a decision I was happy with and didn't feel pressurised into it. Our sales assistant was Tom, Well done Bensons and thank you.

Very good quality bed frame and mattresses

We were made welcome and then shown various beds. Lucia listened and then made recommendations.

Maria, the salesperson was very helpful and friendly. We chose our mattress without any issues but unfortunately we didn’t get the same service at your store in Andover. On the 16th of March, we went to the Andover store and saw a mattress that we liked and the price was good too. Upon purchase, we were told that the price was different shown in the computer but the gentleman said they would honour it since the price quoted was on the leaflet. Unfortunately the lady colleague was not in agreement with her gentleman colleague. She said that her company weren’t obliged to honour the quoted price on the leaflet and the way she spoke to her colleague in asking why did he said that was very not very nice in my opinion. Being in the retail business myself, l know that according to the trading standard, we have to honour whatever price it say on the POS. We didn’t argue but hurriedly left the store as we could see how uncomfortable the gentleman was looking. Customer service was not one of her strong point. But l am glad that it didn’t put us off in going to another store in Basingstoke as we had a much better customer service with Maria. Thank you

Only put me off is the long wait for delivery takes five weeks, is impossible I have to go somewhere else it's much quicker than that.

Delivery was in the time they gave me. Unpacked and made. Left tidy. Polite have no issues and would highly recommend

Tom (Basingstoke store) had such excellent product knowledge. He took his time to talk us through the options and was highly professional.
We had just been to a competitor of yours (Dreams) and we felt the service we received at BfB was far superior and as a result we ended up buying a bed! We are also in the market for a new mattress and it is likely we will be returning to BfB for this too as we were so impressed!

We had a Mattress delivered 4 weeks ago. When removed from packaging there was a terrible smell. After contacting sales store we were told to open all windows which we did, still smelling now and unable to use it. At 80 plus years old its not very convenient to have windows open this time of year.

The staff (Lucy) were approachable, helpful, friendly & helped bed shopping easy. They answered all our questions and helped us know options available. The beds seemed well made and the selection of headboards & colours was diverse.

Gary and Warren our delivery guys on 14th feb were fantastic putting the bed together and telling us how to use it and turn the mattress round without hurting ourselves.
