Straightforward from start to finish
Helpful, friendly advice in store provided by Farai. Gave good guidance but also gave is space to make a decision. Really pleased with my mattress and pillows and the promotion was great (20% off and an extra % off as a Blue Light card holder). Everything was delivery within 2 weeks of the order. The delivery team (John H and Steven B) were great and super quick - even considering they had to deliver the mattress up 4 flights of stairs! It was also great that they recycle your old mattress.
From start to finish, my experience with Bensons for Beds was great. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Bensons for Beds - Bedford! I had purchased a bed with a mattress and was delivered on time as promised.
I am writing this review especially for Oliver, an excellent member of the sales team who helped us to select our bed and mattress and was very patient with us the entrie time, while we kept changing our mind on the type and colour of the cot.
In addition to that, today the bed was delivered and due to some confusion, was not fitted for us, just delivered by the delivery team. Oliver made sure he came home to fix the bed for us. He has done a wonderful job and I really appreciate his hardwork and the prompt response by Bensons for Beds.

Bed delivered was not fit for purpose. Glides missing from half divan base. Shop could offer no solution and Customer service department offered no remedy and no compensation

Beds are beautiful specially the one i picked out Celia(Grey). The most comfortable mattress to go with it, couldn’t be more happy of the craftsmanship. Customer service amazing from not only sales colleague that helped me out but the management too. Amazing!!

Great customer service from Daria and Marcus at the Bedford branch. Both were very helpful. Marcus in particular was very patient as he explained the different types of mattresses to me as I tried them out and then said I should go away, think about it and come back and try again which I did. The staff also helped me in organising disposal of my old mattress and when I needed to alter my delivery date, it was not a problem. When I cancelled my first order because I had changed my mind, the main office gave a refund immediately.
My new mattress arrived on time and the two delivery men Ricardo and John were very helpful, polite and courteous.
Go and visit this company if you are thinking about getting a new mattress.
