My intention at Bensons was to window…
My intention at Bensons was to window shop but the excellent customer service, patience and expert advise from Maz not only changed my mind but in the end proved a good decision and deal to purchase bed and mattress. Overall experience has been one that I would recommend friends and family to Bensons for Beds. True to their word
I hate shopping, so choosing a bed with a teen daughter was going to be a nightmare. Bensons were great. They gave her a great selection and demonstrated the comfort while keeping directed towards my budget choices. As this ordered less than 2 weeks before Christmas I was worried I might be best to wait for the sales; Bensons agreed to match any sale price and true to their word I got a call just minutes after 9 on boxing day, informing me of the sale price and my price reduction. Result!

Apologies for delay in submitting review. Masoom was very helpful, courteous, excellent in his advice, showing us two types of ottoman beds, headboards, choice of material, then left us to peruse & there for any questions we had, which we had re remote controled ottoman. Excellent in advising us on delivery etc. Would recommend Masoon to any prospective buyer.
