Friendly Professional staff who have a knowledge of the products in store.
I was dealt with by Fiona and Paula. Both were very knowledgeable about the products. They were professional in their advice and guided me easily through the process of choosing the correct mattress and bed base to suit my needs. I did not feel pressurised into buying. I would recommend both individuals to family and friends if they were looking to purchase a bed etc.
I was provided with all the arrangements for delivery and it was followed up with a phone call from Fiona the next day after purchase.

Small double sofa bed: Difficult to find in NI
I was looking for a small double sofa bed (not an easy find) and spotted one in the Belfast Store. The assistant Fiona, was very helpful, showing me how to set up the bed from the sofa and allowing me to try it out for comfort. She was not at all pushy and I left the store to think about it, checked out the reviews (which seemed very positive) then went back a few days later and ordered the bed. Fiona remembered me and the arrangements for delivery etc were arranged very efficiently, followed up by a confirmation email. The bed has not yet been delivered so I cannot at this stage comment on the sofa itself but so far so good as far as service is concerned.
