Our sales assistant lewis was lovely, very helpful

Showroom staff ensures everything as perfect and timely delivery. I have planned everything based on the confirmed date of delivery. Despite the reviews stating delayed delivery, i trusted the words of the showroom staff. They ensured the items will be delivered on time.
To avoid any delay i paid the full value in advance. As the delivery date got near I got a email stating problem at the manufacturers hence the delivery will be delayed for 15 days. I should have trusted the reviews and I do not know if I would be getting the items delivered after 15 days or it will be another apology email.

Excellent service thus far from Bensons of Boucher Rd. All staff friendly & welcoming . Was dealing mostly with Paula who couldn’t have been any more helpful and supportive. Would definitely recommend Bensons. Clarify of follow through to be commended.

I initially viewed a mattress in the Belfast store and was very kindly cared for by Paula. Paula was very knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent care and duty and willingness to help and support. I then proceeded to view other mattresses in nearby stores and found the same mattress at a significantly cheaper price (due to a promo offer) in another store. However, I decided to return to Bensons for Beds and ask if a price match would be made. The reason why is because Paula was so kind to us during our visit to the store, made us feel welcomed and treated us with mutual respect that we wanted to sale to go to Paula, and not the other store where we were not treated in the same way. Thank you, Paula, your kindness and attention to detail made us come back, even though we had no obligation too

I was kept well informed about delivery dates and times. The team were very friendly.

The staff especially Tia at Boucher Road made my visit an enjoyable worthwhile shopping experience. So much so I bought a bed.
She was knowledgeable and listened to my needs and didn’t put me under any pressure and gave me alternatives to choose from. She is an excellent representative of the company.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product Quality & Customer Service
I ordered a bed frame and mattress from Benson, and within just one month, the crossbar under the mattress was damaged. This caused a loud squeaking noise that has been disturbing our little one’s sleep every night.
Despite raising multiple complaints, the customer service has been unhelpful and not at all customer-friendly. It's now been almost a month, and I'm still waiting for the replacement of the damaged plastic crossbar.
What’s frustrating is that they claim it’s not a product fault — yet they’ve agreed to send a replacement. If it's not a product issue, then why is a replacement even necessary? It feels like they’re just trying to avoid taking responsibility.
For the record, both delivery and installation were handled by Benson, so there's no excuse for blaming us for the damage.

Do not buy from this company. We had to cancel an order and they tried to take 20% of the cost from us. Apparently you need to cancel within 7 days but it isn't made clear to you at all on purchase. The item wasn't even delivered and they were trying to take 20% charge. Then when cancelling they said it had to be done in store- except the store here closed! Then they cancelled it anyway without confirming with me and sent an email saying i should expect a refund in 5-7 days. No refund appeared and so I called only to be told that you have to phone up to get a refund- there was mention of this in the email at all. Then they said they would only give me 90% back! An "admin" fee. We are pursuing this legally and with the consumer council because how many people do they scam out of their money? It is a disgrace.

Good customer service and the mattress ordered was ready for collection in a few days.

Great deals in clearance sale as closing to get refit done in shop. Staff friendly and got items next day.

A young guy called Lewis helped us choose our bed. We were actually shopping for a new mattress but we bought a new frame as well. Lewis explained the best things about the bed and the mattress also delivery. We left feeling happy with our purchase. Lewis also talked us into buying a few extras as well.😊
