From the minute we walked into the shop, Fiona was warm, welcoming and helpful. Fiona was knowledgeable and respectful of my budget. The same cannot be said for the bed and mattress shop across from Bensons. We got an excellent deal for a mattress, bed frame and assembly. I would 100% recommend Bensons for beds to family and friends.

Terrible Experience
Bought a bed frame, mattress and pillows. The sales person advised 2 week lead time. Upon completing purchase this changed to a 5 week lead time which I was happy to agree to. Delivery date was confirmed and I got all the updates right up to the morning of delivery so I disposed of my old bed in preparation. The delivery arrived without the bedframe and the driver stated the frame was out of stock. Contacted customer service who confirmed the bed frame was in stock but would be a further 2 weeks until it would be delivered. I’m now left without a bed for 2 weeks. Appalling customer service in every respect. No communication that the bed frame would not be delivered, something which the delivery person said happens very very often. Do not use this business. Terribly ran and in no way cares about customer needs. Was advised that delivery fee would be refunded. It hasn’t been refunded. Was advised that a bed build would be added on delivery. I have yet to receive any call back or email confirmation that this is the case. Avoid spending here.
***updates following response from Bensons asking me to make contact*** - Abject failure to address any of the issues. Order has now been cancelled. I explained my situation to Dreams who sourced me the same bed frame for less money and was delivered on the day. Do not buy anything off this company.
