Paula was very welcoming and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and she took time to help us decide on which items were best suited to us. She was also very efficient at costing and ordering the items, giving us helpful advice. We couldn't have had better service and we are very happy to recommend Bensons for Beds.

Paula was really helpful in choosing the right bed frame and mattress while taking into consideration tight budgets as a first time homeowner. There was a lot to test out and consider but she was very patient and enthusiastic, ensuring I was happy with my choices.

Called in today to purchase a new mattress, Paula - my sales rep - was excellent in providing me with all the ins and outs to select the perfect mattress for my needs.

I can not get out of my new Igel nano tech 3000 matress! It is absolutely cosy, super comfy and just molds into your body wonderfully! I have made the right decision with this medium firmness matress as I suffer from shoulder and neck pain due to muscle damage. I wish I could have given 5 stars for Bensons for beds as my new headboard is also excellent quality, looks very luxurious. But, I had ordered back in November my first mattress 2000 sprung pocket medium firmness which turned out to be too hard even after trying it for 3 weeks. So I rang Bensons last week and asked them to exchange it for another mattress and paid extra £ 400 difference happily for igel nano mattress , but 10% admin fee (£ 100) and a new delivery fee is not fair I think. Otherwise, I'm incredibly thankful to Fiona in store who booked it as an urgent delivery, so it was delivered today by two wonderful people (Gerald and Katrina) who did their utmost best to collect my old mattress and bring the new one. Thank you so much again Bensons for Beds! I will definitely recommend everyone products and service by Bensons for Beds!

Bensons Belfast did a great job, staff very professional and helpful but 3 stars due to local Delivery guys who didnt call or push the door bell to say they were outside with the mattress. Our camera showed they sat in van from 0703 for 3 mins then drive off. I left a voice message and they returned at 1220 to deliver. They carried everything upstairs which was great but they left a dirty black oil mark on our light grey carpet and now its stained. On the BB website it says delivery guys will use boot covers.... nope, no covers used and thanks for the dirty stain left behind.

Fiona’s customer service was excellent. She remembered me from the last time I was in store, was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to make a purchase from Fiona.

Paula, the salesperson who assisted us in store was excellent. She struck the perfect balance of assistance and suggestions without being pushy or persistent. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The range of beds and mattresses was good and now the bed has been delivered and assembled (by us) we are very happy with our purchase in terms of quality and price.

Your staff in Belfast particularly Fiona and Paula who have gone out of their way to make sure that my purchases went as smoothly as possible. Regular contact and updates pleasant helpful people who put their customers first makes all the difference.I have to say they are a real credit to your company.

I went to Benson's Boucher road and was assisted by Paula. Paula was really helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and was very honest about likely availability for delivery before Christmas as I was shopping very last minute. Paula also went through multiple options for the divan base I was ordering and gave me the price for each option. She couldn't have been any better!

Big open store with lots of different type mattresses. Good car parking at the Belfast store too. Lewis our sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly too and made the process and purchase process very good
