Very happy customer
Although our initial delivery date was pushed back 3.5 weeks, the company contacted us and were very apologetic. A few days before delivery, we received a 2 hour delivery window and the morning of our delivery we received a phonecall 30minutes before they arrived. The delivery men were prompt and professional. Special thanks to Fiona in the Boucher road Belfast store, for helping us choose our new bed and mattress. She was very knowledegable and helpful

Bensons deliver twice
Bensons deliver twice
We already wrote a glowing review of our happy purchasing experience at Bensons, especially praising the salesperson Paula. It is now the turn of the delivery team and the product. Everything went smoothly, agreed times respected (even brought a little bit forward to our satisfaction). The delivery duo (sorry we did not get the young men names) were courteous, efficient and attentive. They were careful with our property and finished assembling the bed swiftly. Then they took time to talk us through the details of the working and maintenance of the bed. Before they left, they cleared up the packaging, leaving our room spotless. The bed looks great, feels sturdy and well finished and we are overall happy with the whole experience.

Hi Mr Thomas, I believe store manager in Boucher has now resolved this issue and addressed the delivery team about the service you received. Our deliveries in Ireland are sub- contracted and this is not the level of service we wish to provide. Hope you like your new beds and we thank you for your custom.

Great experience from start to finish
Great staff in the store - helpful, but not pushy; informative, but not intrusive; friendly, but not over-personal. Got a great price on a bed, and weren't pushed to buy a better version at a higher price. We were offered interest-free credit too, which we happily availed of.
Delivery was in a couple of weeks, the delivery team contacted us beforehand by email, and rang on the day. The delivery duo were friendly, professional, and careful; they took the mattress up two flights of stairs without batting an eyelid, careful not to hit anything and opening/shutting doors behind themselves. Great fellas.
Woke up this morning with no back pain for the first time in ages!!
