Online purchase better
While we've bought beds before from bensons, I wasn't happy with instore sales people. They were too good with selling a bed but lucky enough we didnt purchase because we had to double check the size. While in store I said I had a 6%discount code with an app I use through work to which I got a call later telling me I could only use it on the downpayment made but not the whole purchase. When I went online to buy the right size bed I was able to use the 6% code on my entire purchase which amounted to covering the cost of delivery for me. Also the bed we were getting was available as a set online saving a further £150. Also if i went with a different style headboard I saved another £50 all of which I wasn't told I store. The pillows I had looked at were also cheaper online than what I was told instore as well. So overall the in person service felt a bit pushy (told more than once the sale was ending soon and it was better to by in store than online) to which im so glad we had to double check the size. Online purchase easy as your able to save items to compare and look at.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your in‑store experience didn’t meet expectations and felt pushy, particularly around sales messaging and discount options. We appreciate you highlighting the differences you noticed between in‑store and online pricing, bundles, and promotional eligibility, and we understand how frustrating this must have been when comparing your options.
Your comments are really valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams to help ensure clearer, more consistent communication across channels. Thank you again for your honesty,
Megan | Customer Care Specialist
Excellent service
I can not recommend Bensons for Beds enough. The staff are very knowledgeable especially Jenna who works in the Belfast branch, she was very patient while my husband and I made our decision and gave us privacy to do so. The after care was amazing when the manager actually rang me the day after our mattress arrived to check that delivery went well and were happy, she still gave me advice. Absolutely delighted with the staff

Bed shopping made simple!
Who knew buying a bed could be so complicated, but thankfully Fiona from the Boucher Road store made it a breeze. From guiding us on bed frames to picking the perfect mattress, it was a painless experience! Delivery was scheduled for just a couple of weeks later and it turned up on time and was delivered with care. Overall a great experience and now, and even greater nights sleep!

Great service in Belfast store
Great service in Belfast store but ordered online for bigger discount. Bed delivered on time and direct to our bedroom with all packaging removed. The bed did have a chemical smell for around two months due to the memory foam but daily airing helped.
