The process was painless from beginning to end. The delivery came at the time expected. Our old bed was taken away and new one built very quickly.

No feet for the bed or headboard.
No feet for the bed.
Headboard not delivered although paperwork stated it was on the lorry. Delivery team excellent but no update on missing items after more than 2 days!

A positive experience
The Sales lady was very helpful explaining every thing we needed to know to enable us to make an informed choice.
The delivery men kept us informed as to when they would arrive. They were in and out in 5 minutes.

New Mattress
I was very happy with the attention I received at the Bicester shop when choosing a new mattress, and also with the delivery which arrived on time and on the day stated.

V. Helpful staff
Bought a new bed for mum. Mum is quite short and has limited mobility so struggled to try any of the beds as they all king size duvans and therefore quite high - but staff were v. Helpful in moving all the heavy mattresses in the shop around so she could sit on the one short leg frame they had.
