Fiona was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I discussed with her what I had in mind. Fiona responded - expertly guiding me towards mattresses that suited my requirements. This led to a very effective experience and purchase.

Excellent staff, Julia made buying my bed a great experience, got tested for what mattress would suit me best.
Ordered, and delivery went smoothly. I was kept informed on delivery process and the delivery team of Cam & Barry did a excellent job, talked me through how to look after bed, took away packaging. Very friendly and speedy.

Great shopping experience
Staff were very helpful but not pushy. Julie especially was very patient with going through options with me. Thoroughly happy with purchasing at the Bicester store. Great selection of beds to look at and try and brilliant customer service.

Just bought a super king mattress from the Bicester branch. Very competitive pricing and was very impressed with Fiona who dealt with us. No pushy sales jabber, just plenty of information and guidance with time given for us to try out and discuss without any hassle. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a new bed.

First class service
Needed to purchase a new mattress and decided to get it from Bensons again for Beds and so glad we did. The lady helped us by showing a wide range that were suited to us. The shop was very busy but that didn’t stop us from getting first class service. We purchased the mattress that suited us and was given perfect delivery option.

Excellent customer service from the staff. The young lady spent a lot of time with us going through all of the different types of mattresses and options. She really was very knowledgeable. She also told us about the current offers with timescales and ways to order. We were very impressed.
