Communication from Bensons was very good. The bed was delivered within the time window specified. The delivery n’en were polite and they were very careful with our bed.

Bought an IGel bed From Bensons beds in Whitney which came with a guarantee. After about 5 years the mattress collapsed in 2 areas even though it was very well cared for. We went to Bensons in Bicester to look at replacing the bed and were told it was up to us to deal with the manufacturer. No contact details or any assistance was offered. We were not even given any guidance on how to initiate the procedure. It feels as if the sales person was only interested in selling us a new bed and not helping with the problem.

The entire process was quick and easy, the store manager in Bicester went above and beyond to help! Even put the parts of the bed that would not fit in my car in theirs and drove them over to my place!! Incredible service.

You responded well to that issue ( which should not have happened ). We were lucky that the delivery was early in the day. Your delivery team ( using "mymobileworkers" software which should have email adddress customised ? ) responded quickly. Your shop responded by supplying the missing parts from display. ( "Fiona" store manager ? )

We bought a bed, you sold us one, nothing unusual or spectacular, all good

The salesperson at the store was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we wanted from the mattress and why and then showed us the options available. There was no rush or pressure to buy. We would have bought through the store but had the opportunity to earn cashback if we bought online (it’s a shame your sales staff can’t offer any incentives if you buy through the store).
