We didn’t manage to get to the store until 10 minutes prior to closing but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely use Bensons for Beds in Bishopbriggs again

In the shop I couldn’t fault but they cancelled my original delivery date stating my outstanding balance hadn’t been paid . I took finance out and i completed all forms , so that was a oversight from shop staff , luckily i was off the next day for delivery next week otherwise it would have been another week to get bed due to no fault feom myself .

Very friendly service.
Barbara couldn’t have been nicer, she didn’t rush anything and was keen to go through all options.
It was also nice that she didn’t make me feel any pressure to commit to something if I wasn’t sold on it 100%
The bed hasn’t been delivered yet but I definitely recommend bensons at strathkelvin retail park.

Made very welcome, in a friendly manner, was shown to test bed and tried a few beds. I was only looking to replace a mattress. Eventually settled on one. Paying process was fully explained and the procedure from then on. Altogether a very enjoyable experience thanks to the knowledge of the sales person.
