Upon entering the store the store was clean and cool, as we are currently having intense heat it was refreshing to go into a well conditioned store. Upon entering I was greeted and asked what I was looking for today and if there was any specific styles of beds that I liked. I chose to walk around the store independently and when I found something that suited my needs I spoke to a staff member named Hawa, she was very informative and gave good advice and guidance and suggested the sleep machine to find my perfect mattress. She worked with me to get the best products for my needs, I am now excited for delivery of my new bed and mattress. Thank you Hawa your a credit to the store!

Exceptional service from purchase to delivery. Staff extremely helpful in store. Regular updates with delivery time slot. On time and friendly delivery drivers. Bed had straightforward instructions and we love the bed and mattress. Very comfortable and British made, fantastic quality. Highly recommend, thank you.
