Great choice and extremely helpful staff.
The sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but not at all pushy. They gave good advice and different options over different price ranges.

From the initial visit to the store and the sales women all went very well. My only issue is when they delivered the mattress they left the plastic wrapper on it which I had to remove and discard.

What an great experience and service
Had a great experience at Benson for Beds in Middlebrook picking out my new mattress. Hawa looked after me from the moment I walked in. She was super friendly, really helpful, and made the whole thing feel easy. She sorted me out with a brilliant deal too, which was a nice bonus.
The SleepPro experience honestly blew me away. I’ve never tried anything like it before. It was fun, surprisingly accurate, and made choosing the right mattress feel way less stressful than I expected.
Overall, I left really happy with my purchase and the service I got. Big thanks to Hawa and the team. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new bed or mattress.
