Hawa the sales person was really helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, wouldn't just show us one example of the bed or mattress we had picked, but also other alternatives we hadn't considered, which i appreciated. A very pleasant person who wasn't pushy, which is good, as I don't like pushy sales people. We purchased our bed and mattress with no hassle and are totally satisfied. A stress free experience. Bensons for mattresses
We were directed to mattresses which suited our needs and within our budget. Ben was very helpful and friendly but not pushy and gave help when we required it.
The showroom was well laid out and Ben’s knowledge of the products was very good.

No high pressure sales
No high pressure sales, just friendly knowledgeable staff..
Went to try a Simba mattress, glad I did it wasn’t for me. Tried most mattresses in store, huge selection. Finally found a Sealy that was sooo comfy. Just goes to show you can’t buy a mattress online without trying it first and the staff at Bensons were stunning, left us to wander round but were there for any questions.

Had plenty of emails telling us when the order was due.
We were kept well I informed of how the order was processing. Maybe more emails than were really needed but it's better to have more info than you need.
Arrived on time. Drivers were helpful and put all the packages where we needed them as we had decided not to pay the assembly costs.
All up and running the same day. Nothing broken or marked. Lights look great.
