The two delivery men who delivered our new mattress were very helpful and pleasant . They even took their shoes off at the door. We would have no hesitation in recommending them .

Benson's score top marks.
From the showroom visit to the actual delivery of the mattress, the whole process was faultless. Craig was most informative about the product and with his advice we were fortunate enough to synchronise the purchase with a product discount.
Following on from that, the delivery experience was super smooth.

Hawa the sales person was really helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, wouldn't just show us one example of the bed or mattress we had picked, but also other alternatives we hadn't considered, which i appreciated. A very pleasant person who wasn't pushy, which is good, as I don't like pushy sales people. We purchased our bed and mattress with no hassle and are totally satisfied. A stress free experience. Thanks Hawa for you help.
