Ben the sales rep provided an outstanding service. We had been to 2 other suppliers, nothing matched this. Listened to us then provided several options. Ben from Bensons was the man!

Phil was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products and very patient whilst we measured everything. We had a very good experience and left happy with our purchase!

We were out at the retail park looking to buy a new mattress, we visited several stores that didn’t really seem interested in selling just a mattress, one store asked what we were looking for then showed us something different than what we had said! When we entered Bensons it was really busy but a salesperson took time to ask us if we were ok and asked what we were looking for, he pointed us in the right direction and also said to grab a couple of pillows and take our time and try them out. He was dealing with a customer but checked on us and offered advice and reassured us that he would be with us shortly. We tried the mattresses and found one that we liked, he came over and asked us to try a couple of different ones to make sure, which were cheaper! We stuck to the one we had chosen and then the salesman helped us complete our purchase and added some extras for being patient. Ben was our salesman at Horwich and he was excellent.

Visited yesterday and purchased a bed and mattress. Was served by Hawa, who was excellent. Hawa explained everything, was thorough and gave us excellent advice.
All in all a good experience , thank you.

Fabulous!! Very efficient - we dealt with Ben and placed an order, then Ben was off for a week, so we dealt with Craig. They was both very helpful !! Highly recommend. They gave us all the time we needed and not pushy at all. Was very good to my dad who has parkinsons !

From the showroom visit to the actual delivery of the mattress, the whole process was faultless. Craig was most informative about the product and with his advice we were fortunate enough to synchronise the purchase with a product discount.
