Excellent service
Excellent service from Zam and Chloe at the Boltongate store. No sales pressure from either of them, but most helpful when I needed assistance. Zam in particular was very pleasant in dealing with all the questions I put to him on my second visit to the store. Hope all goes just as well with the delivery.

First Class customer service experience as ever
A first Class customer service experience from Zam yet again! We have purchased several beds over the past 10+ years and most recently in 2021, 2023 and September 2024. The whole process was easy from using the 'test bed' to find the correct firmness rating, trialling various beds and deciding on preferred bed. No sales pressure or upselling, just an honest desire to make sure that we were happy customers. Bolton Gate Bensons is the place to buy a bed if you want quality, personal attention and first class service! Thank you Zam - and Simon. A great experience. Excellent.
