Having used Bensons for beds before and having had a very good experience, they were my go to again.
I was not disappointed. From the experience in store, to the delivery and assembly, everything was smooth, very well organised with great communication throughout. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Prices and the products are good and usually allow for some discount.
I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

Make sure it fits in the house before buying!
Had a nightmare with the bedframe not fitting our staircase. Strongly advise measuring beforehand, wish Bensons stressed this even for smaller beds. Staff at Bournemouth store (Rob) did their best to make things better from this and appreciate their help in making the best out of it.

We recently purchased a divan bed and mattress for our children’s bedroom and are very satisfied with our choice. The quality of the products is excellent and the attention to detail is evident. This is not our first purchase from the company which demonstrates our trust in them.
We would also like to express our gratitude to Roberto, the store manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He paid great attention to detail and was very understanding of our needs guiding us patiently in selecting the appropriate products for our children’s room. His support made the experience smooth and reassuring.
