Mattress purchase at Bensons
Nice store with examples of the mattresses we were interested in all available on the shop floor. The staff member was attentive but not pushy and assisted with relevant information when asked. Straightforward check out with options offered and delivery dates given.

Ordered wrong mattress size!!
I went in to the store and ordered a double mattress before Christmas. Upon delivery I realised I didn’t have a double (!) but a kingsize bed (terrible memory). The store was great, they arranged collection and redelivery of a king size mattress, without charging me the admin fee for “changing my mind” as the mattress was sealed still in the plastic packaging, just the difference in price for the sizing.
Store staff in Braintree was lovely on both occasions.
On both occasions the delivery teams were courteous and on time.
Can’t find one fault with the whole process - therefore would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service From Angela
I went to the Freeport branch and was served by Angela. She was brilliant… Helpful, full of information and the perfect person to serve me. I have come away having spent a small fortune but with any luck I will not worry about it as I will be sleeping like a baby in my new bed.

Best service and quality
The salesperson, Angela, was so helpful. She talked us through how to choose the right mattress and used the analysing machine to get the right mattress for us. We then tried out numerous mattresses with her help and didn’t feel rushed at all. Angela was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. We looked around elsewhere but came back to Angela at Bensons to make our purchase. We have already recommended her and Bensons to family who will be looking to purchase in the near future.

Angela was amazing! She was patient and thorough. She actually recognised me from the day before, which was an additional positive.
Angela talked mw through the different types of mattresses, firmness, confort levels and quality.
Her friendly nature and knowledge helped me in making my final decision.

Mixed experience
Very helpful in store, we are waiting for our mattress to be delivered!
We did buy two dunlopillows which I would have liked more information about and to be told how firm they really were and that the reviews are bad all saying the same as we have now found out! They are not the same firmness as the one we tried, so much harder also that we would need to buy larger pillow cases and protectors
