The store had just what I was looking for, very helpful.

Well informed, very polite assistant, clean and tidy shop, assistant explained everything in detail. Most happy with overall experience.

Excellent customer service, so supportive and provided options. On our initial visit Wendy put together a fully costed proposition for us to take away and see if it met our requirements due to eaves in the room. Unfortunately it wouldn’t work but because they were so helpful we went back for an alternative approach. On this occasion Lewis was as equally helpful providing us with another fully costed option to take away and consider in the room which worked so we called back to place the order. The service was outstanding and definitely not hard sale with us as the main consideration. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

We visited the Imperial Retail Park, Bristol branch and were served by Sharon who was really friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and showed us the options we had for the base and headboard and knew what each brand offered when we wanted a particular colour.
Overall our experience was smooth and efficient thanks to Sharon. We would definitely recommend you visit this shop when looking for a bed as the customer experience was the best and the choice was much better than their competitors.

The representative Kally, spent time with me, telling me about different products and choices, went out of her way to show different products from different ranges. Giving me options and made me feel comfortable.

I was approached and felt very welcomed. The representative was very happy, she was polite, went out of her way, spent time telling me about different products and had a lot of knowledge. I have never bought a bed and mattress in my life, I left with a lot of knowledge and understanding around mattresses. Service was incredible.

Very pleased with the product - Bed is very comfortable and lots of drawer space, so exactly what I wanted.

However, the delivery was not such a good experience in that when the base was delivered, there was no mattress on the lorry to accompany it.

Having phoned the shop we were told to phone the warehouse ourselves - who then told us it would be delivered two and a half weeks later.

Saying this was not acceptable, the operator had to go away and speak to a manager to see if an earlier date was available. They then came back saying it would be delivered four days later, which it finally was.

Our comment would be that whoever loads the lorry should ensure they do their job properly as we faced four days without a bed to sleep on (having had the old one taken away for the original delivery date)!!

Update : A few days later we were contacted by Bensons (following the posting of the above review) and offered a refund of the delivery charge due to the mishap described. This was very much appreciated.

The sales person David was very thorough and he knew his stuff

Very helpful lady, yet not pushy in any way. Lovely manner and helped my mum choose a lovely mattress and bedframe. Even changed a mattress onto another bedframe for us to check the height worked for my mum.
