Staff were very knowledgeable, helpfull friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate having a local store to shop in, Bensons keep you up to date with your delivery and explain when you can expect a call regarding it. I appreciate the recycling service for old matrice.

Shop assist very good kept informed right up until they where to deliver , message 48 hours before was make sure there was someone there 7 am for delivery of 2 bed 3 headboards and a ottoman £5500.00 sent so morning before took old beds down tip and was going to bum it for one night because delivery was 7am the following morning one of the beds was for my 80year old mum who was going to sleep on the sofa for one night and then all that done 18 hours before delivery it’s not going to come for another month that will be 4 months an now no beds 2 messages in the week before saying make sure there’s some there and 18 hours before no 3 mounts for beds and they can’t let me know sooner now got to find a bed fore a 80year old women disgusting crap BRISTOL England

Great experience
We dealt with Lewis and he was amazing. He offered his help and made some recommendations and then left us to try the various matressea on offer. He was happy to answer our questions, no pushy selling or attempts to up sell. He helped us within our budget.and was very friendly and professional. We had reason to call the store for advice when we got home and Lewis, again went over and above to help us sort out our issue.

The staff were very helpful and…the offer was good.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I took advantage of the interest free credit and after paying the deposit and giving basic administrative details was told that a link would be sent via email and I need to complete the loan application at home. This I did and it was more lengthy and involved than expected and would have preferred to have done so in the store.
