Bed and mattress purchased
I purchased a bed and mattress from Bensons in Hartcliffe in April. Julie was so helpful & friendly when we visited the store, lots of advice and when we were interested in certain items possibly for my 2nd room, she rang me with updates on changes of price and availability few weeks later.
Overall a great experience and will always return to bensons. Julie, a big thank you for all your help.

Poor customer service. Still not forfilled there agreement several weeks on. I was a repeat customer, but will ship elsewhere next time. Just ignore your emails.

Excellent service! Lewis at the Imperial Park branch, Bristol, was professional, personable, and nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain the features of all the mattresses I was interested in and gave me the time to consider my options. So much better to go to a shop than purchase unseen on the internet, Thankyou Lewis, you made my decision much easier and more enjoyable
