I honestly wouldn’t buy a bed anywhere else. There has been several ups & downs due to the odd design of our stairs/house. The first delivery failed due to this but I honestly couldn’t find any criticism of the delivery drivers who tried every possible solution & who were wonderful, considerate & efficient.

Lewis has been such a diligent, hardworking ambassador for the in-store customer service side & has the patience of a saint in trying to resolve this & find a suitable solution. Such exemplary customer service from him & he did everything he could to ensure a pre Christmas delivery. Lewis is such a team player he wouldn’t accept praise without telling me that it was the “unsung heroes” who needed to be included “Anthony (our Senior Supply Planner), and Sharon (our Transport Supervisor from our Tewksbury Distribution centre)”. This is a testament to his excellent attitude and colligate approach. This was such a big purchase to me, I’ve never invested in a good quality bed before due to not being able to afford it. I highly recommend bensons & Lewis should get a MASSIVE Christmas bonus!!

Cannot comment fully. The experience of deciding which bed and mattress to buy was great. The service offered by the salesman was good. We were able to purchase a reduced price mattress which was covered and ready for collection when needed. I cannot however comment on the delivery of the other items as we have to wait 19 days for delivery - not particularly good.
