Two cancelled delivery times with…
Two cancelled delivery times with little notice (two days off work) and when bed was finally delivered it was damaged. Customer service was abysmal. Yes I was offered a goodwill payment of £80 for my inconvenience but I lost far more due to lost work days. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Was really smooth from start to finish, no pushy sales I actually went away and came back and jo was extremely helpful and professional! He made the whole process really easy and enjoyable!
