Beds beds beds!
The service was excellent. We went in to buy a bed for our granddaughter and ended up buying ourselves a bed too! The lady spent lots of time helping us choose the right bed and mattress.

Bought a bed (again)
Our bed needed replacing due to age - the gel in the mattress is no longer supporting as it used to and my wife is waking up with a bad back. The previous was also from Bensons so we were happy to come again.
Salesman was extremely helpful and not remotely "hard sell". We've gone for a newer and upgraded version of what we had before.
Post sale communication have all been good. Looking forwards to delivery in a few weeks.

Picking a bed
We've been in several times and we have found that on each occasion the staff have been friendly and polite, introduced themselves when we entered the store but left us to wander around and look without hassled. when we enquired about various beds, they were very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options before purchasing our desired bed. Excellent service

Comfortable bed
My experience with Bensons was a pleasant experience. I wasn't pressurised and Imeloa was very helpful. I do feel the extras added on are extremely high considering the amount of money you spend. I was trying to work on a budget. Also a warning to others purchasing a divan bed. If you have wood flooring in a bedroom you're need caster cups. Without can cause an accident due to the bed sliding. I never thought of this and it certainly wasn't mentioned in the store. Its something l feel Bensons should provide.

New Bed
Was left to have a browse before being approached which is much better than being pounced upon as soon as you walk in. Everything was explained by Gary the salesperson from mattress info to the type of bed I was purchasing. Didn't feel pressured at all great experience !
