I was assisted by Joe at the shop on the Croft Retail Park Bromborough, who showed me a selection of mattresses that were suitable for my needs. He was very helpful and explained their differences and price ranges. After trying them out he explained the payment options and gave me a quote so I could go away and discuss it with my son. He wasn’t pressuring me and was very helpful, pleasant and kind, which is why I came back to make my purchase.

We went in looking for a new mattress and didn’t know where to begin. We were helped by Joe in the bromborough branch and he was so helpful. He walked us round showed us the how to test the best mattress using the new machine which really helped. He gave us enough help without putting any pressure on us and we purchased a new mattress.

Friendly staff in showroom and delivered on time with delivery staff wearing over shoes to prevent bringing any dirt into the house

Staff in the shop were excellent, not pushy but just let customers take their time. Delivery guys were very efficient and polite. We were also informed of the time of delivery and were given a call 30 minutes before arrival. Excellent service all round.

Good service overall from sale to delivery.

Delivery drivers seemed to be in a hurry. Not enough thought to our property I.e noticed after delivery a lamp was knocked off in porch and broken but nothing said to us. Also sliding wardrobe door knocked off rails.

From the moment we entered we felt relaxed and not over doted on like other stores. A female member of staff (Imelda) introduced herself and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for without any form of 'push selling'. This was a breath of fresh air. I mentioned about the sleep analysis machine you have and she was more than happy to help both myself and my partner try it out. This actually helped our experience tremendously as we had more of an idea of what we needed. She was also kind enough to give us both a test pillow to take round with us to try out beds/mattress's of our choice. Again without any pressure to purchase, which again was unexpected but much appreciated.

Imelda seemed to understand our budget more than we did and helped us to find both a bed and a mattress that we were over the moon with. She helpfully explained all finance options and different ways to pay. Which as you can see, we did.

Imelda is exactly what customer service is about. I honestly can't praise her enough for how wonderful she was in helping us. Now onto waiting for the delivery :)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff...! This continued after we left the store too when we had to ring them back regarding delivery etc. We spoke with different staff on the phone but they were just as friendly and helpful 👏

A Clean well presented store. Joe was attentive and informative when guiding us round. We bought more than we intended. Enough said.

Brilliant experience! Would highly recommend. I bought an ottoman bed and 2 chests of drawers in the Boxing Day sale. The 25% off was applied to delivery cost and assembly cost. The service was excellent. From the staff at the shop (Dave) who gave me all the info I needed to ensure the new furniture fit 😀 to the amazing men who delivered and assembled the bed. Carl and Mike came on time, did a brilliant job, were very careful and cleaned things up, taking away packaging. They went above and beyond! Would recommend this team to anyone. Quality furniture, quality service 👌

The sales lady paid heed to our requirements and we were guided instore to suitable mattresses. We did not experience pressure to buy a particular one. We had time to try, discuss and choose. Delivery went smoothly and we have slept well on our new purchase.

Do not rely on agreed delivery dates, when called day before to confirm to then leave a voicemail at 17.10 saying its not being delivered as we got our stock numbers wrong.

Then when eventually delivered just dropped it off and did not build it as requested overall poor company beware!

Staff are very helpful and friendly help get the mattress that I needed and recommend the best one for my condition
