Thank you Bensons
Amazing service on a difficult purchase! We went to bensons not having a clue on what we wanted or needed and certainly with no confidence we were able to choose the right one for us. We were greeted by Steve at the Bury St Edmunds store and WOW! We were shown respect towards our naivety, compassion for our requirements and ailments and treated like people, not just a customer. He was brilliant in explaining how different beds would aid or hinder different issues in a true and honest manner and was fantastic in correcting us when we were wrong and reassuring us when we were right. He found us a bed that we both loved and would also do what we wanted it to do and it wasn’t the most expensive the shop either! Brilliant service, Brilliant Guy

Mattress Purchase
Came specifically to buy a mattress. A lovely young lady (can't recall her name), saw to us and asked our budget. Took us to a few choices and explained the differences, then left us with a couple of pillows, so we could try them out at our leisure.
Made our choice, the transaction was dealt with promptly, choice of delivery dates provided and credit application really quick. Really pleased we came here.

The whole experience in store was very relaxing.
Big purchase and decision expertly guided and helped by fantastic member of staff Sigita.
Very knowledgable and not pushy.
Sigita made us comfortable and feel safe in choosing what we needed.
No questions seemed silly and all answered with professionalism and with no rush.

Excellent in every way
Just ordered our new bed from Bury at Edmunds. Sigita was excellent. She explained the differences in mattresses so well, because she listened to us and took the time to find out exactly what we needed.

Furniture issues ...sorted!
We had an issue with some furniture being delivered early and the carpets needed to be in situ before installing them.
We contacted Wendy at the Bury St Edmund's branch and she managed to bring out fitting forward for us.
