New High tech mattress purchase
Steve welcomed us to the store professionally. We were asked questions about how we sleep, what was our preference & current mattress type. We were left to review mattresses ourselves before Steve come to help us with understanding all the different types/options. Steve was very informative & knowledgeable. We were offered to assess our sleeping needs on the mattress machine. We felt comfortable with making a decision on our mattress purchase. Seemless & smooth order made yesterday.

We were looking for a new mattress but was spoilt for choice. One of the shop assistants named Gary asked if needed any help. Gary gave us all the information and guidance we needed and as a result purchase a new mattress.
Gary was courteous, knowledgeable, non pressuring and very helpful.

Damaged parts and couldn’t get help
The screw for one of the grommets was broken in half, the grommets were also broken. The felt on the back of the headboard was severely ripped. I went into the bury store but they said the bed was a new range and they had no parts. He told me to ring customer service, gave up after being on hold for an hour. Couldn’t put the headboard on without the gromets/screws. Had to buy my own today to be able to finish putting the bed together.

The bed was good and delivery was fine. We were told when we ordered our bed that we would get a mattress protector with the order. We did not receive this. When I phoned the shop in Bury st Edmunds enquiring about this I spoke to the rudest man I have ever spoken to, who had no manners at all. We were going to get another bed from your company but after this conversation we will never use you again.

Great service. Kept up dated up until bed was delivered. Delivered and assembled by Andrew and Stephen who were very polite and once finished you wouldn’t even know they had been in the house apart from we now had a new bed! Store sales very helpful as well. Can fault anything.
