Very helpful, pleasant and courteous staff member. It was a pleasure to buy there.

Customer service team is awful , absolutely vile and no help at all.

When we first visited your store in Bury St Edmunds, we found a bed and mattress which suited us and were advised by the salesperson there that it would be about 4 weeks to arrive. When we came back to buy them, once we’d bought them we were told that it would take considerably longer before the bed would be available. My confirmation email stated that it would take 12-14 weeks before we could expect delivery. I was not impressed.

Really good experience when buying a mattress recently - the salesman was exactly as we wanted him to be: available immediately to answer any questions and provide advice and offer a range of suitable mattresses - and then retreated to allow myself and my husband time to re-test, and discuss our preferences privately before making our purchase. Highly recommend.

Sigita was really patient and helpful to me, helped me find just the right mattress.

Being previous customers my wife and I returned for new pillows and were admirably served by Sigita. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so patient with us and ran the length of the shop and the storeroom to find us just what we needed - three different pillows to suit the individual needs and comfort of my wife and I. Sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Our sales person Sigita was excellent. She gave us space to look and and try out several beds, and was very patient with us, giving us excellent advise when we asked for help.
