Lee was very very heplfull and did not pressure us at all

The Cannock store we went into was super friendly and really helpful, we ended up buying our mattress the same day from there with the help of staff member Lee. Very happy with our purchase!

Lee, at the cannock store, was very helpful without being pushy! Gave us as much time as we needed to look around and try the beds for as long as we wanted before making our decision. He explained all our options very well and all 3 members of staff were so kind to our 4 year old son.

They were doing great until I had to amend my order There was a 10%off sale offer and because my bill was 649. 99 they removed £64 pound from me Felt very aggrieved about this and would have cancelled my order but they only give you 24hrs to do it. I am particularly upset as I have found the mattress I ordered for £100 less

Staff in the store were friendly, helpful and informative. They allowed us a lot of time so that we made the right decision and did not rush us at all. The bed was delivered on the date we were given when we placed the order and the delivery itself ran smoothly with notifications by text as to the exact time it would arrive.
Although it took us a few nights to get used to it, which we expected, we are now very pleased with our new bed. The quality and workmanship is excellent and it is very comfortable.

No pressure from sales staff, following you around the store which I thought was great. Bought my igel matress after Christmas in the sale, fab delivery service would highly recommend.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The lady that helped us with our order was lovely. She remembered us from a previous trip to the shop which was nice. I can't remember her name but she wore a shell bracelet. Great customer service in store by all staff, they're friendly and approachable. We also had a demo of the bed we wanted which was great.

Very helpful and informative staff . Member of staff knew I needed time and space to make my choice, gave me the right time and was there when needed.

Went into Bensons for Beds to look at Sealy divan bed before making a purchase. Tried 3 branches but all 3 branches only had the mattress only and each branch had the mattress on a different bed base.
I therefore had to order the bed online myself without actually seeing the complete product.
~Website easy to use and product should be delivered early ~February. Just hoping it is the right bed!
