As soon as my wife Su and I entered the Benson Beds store, at Cardiff Gate we were welcomed by various members of staff. Then we were approached by a lady by the name of Jo. She made us feel that we were valued potential customers. Jo went out of her way to be helpful and explained the various mattresses available to us. We made our choice and Jo completed the sale smoothly. Jo is a credit to Benson beds. We were very impressed with the manner in which she dealt with us. Thank you.

My second purchase from benson for beds and they were fantastic in store to delivering the bed. The whole experience has been 100% fantastic . My mattress is comfy and I also purchased Igel pillows which are great too.
