Our experience from Jo the bed adviser was second to none. The knowledge she had about mattresses was outstanding. We were feeling very well educated from Jo and confident that she advised the correct mattress - best thing was she wasn’t pushy in anyway like some sales people are, just a genuine lovely person good at her job.
Jo mostly certainly got it right- we’ve noticed such a big difference with our new mattress, no more aching when getting up in the morning. We feel the full support and the comfort from it. We love it.

Delivery charge

It's unfair & a bit of a con really & an easy way for Bensons to make money.

We went into Benson for Beds store in Pontprennau where Andy met us - he was brilliant - he got us to lie on a bed which measured what mattress was suitable for us (which by the way was spot on) He showed us all the options and price ranges. He wasn't pushy at all and we chose a bed and mattress and he wrote down all the details for us and even though we didn't buy it that day we went back two weeks later and purchased the bed and mattress through Andy. OMG he made it such a pleasurable experience - it makes such a change not to be pressured into making a decision there and then. So a big thankyou to Andy you are a star.

We were served by Liz a very experienced, helpful and lovely lady at the Cardiff Gate store. We were able to use the machine to ascertain which mattresses were going to be most suitable. Liz then showed us the most suitable mattresses and helped us make our final choice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Graham in the store was very helpful, guiding us through options to suit our requirements and in after sales advice. Communications via email were timely and informative. The delivery was slightly outside the stated time window but on the hottest day of the year so far was understandable.
