From the start helpful and cheerful staff, new bed selected, delivery date given, arrangements made for removal of of old bed and new one assembled. Both delivery men polite and helpful. All good.

Good Purchase and Delivery
We agreed date with Bensons and they stuck to it and gave us reminders and updates. The delivery driver phoned approximately 40 minutes before arrival within the 2 hour delivery window given to us. Care was taken to remove existing items and bring in the new bed base and mattress. We probably made it relatively easy for the sales team as we knew roughly want we wanted. Overall happy with buying and delivery experience. Just got to get used to new bed now!
