Bensons For Beds - Cardiff Gate Reviews 

We visited the Bensons in Cardiff Gate retail park. The sales person was helpful without being pushy and great range of mattresses. We ordered on th website in the end but easy to order from.Good experience all round.

advisor was lovely left us to shop and find what we wanted and then dealt with the sale professionally 1 slight error as she put extra firm through when I wanted firm but was rectified efficiently the following morning by ringing the shop

Helpful sales assistant, delivery within 5days.
Mattress delivered within the 2 hour slot and phone call when delivery van 30 mins away just as it was meant to happen.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff that let you have all the information you need and then let you have the time to try out the beds with no pressure on time or sales. this is our second experience and both have been the same. This is how all companies should operate, if we could give them six stars we would.

Not enough information about the payment options .unable to complete the credit agreement in store .staff where polite.

Bought a Tempur matress on line for delivery in ten days, but then recieved email stating delivery in 12 to 14 WEEKS! Rang customer services who were very nice and promised me a call back to resolve issue. Guess what......no call back

Update: They rang me back because they'd seen this review. Suggested I buy a similar quality matress at double the price or a refurbished one at a similar price. I asked for a refund and still waiting for them to respond. Next step is to involve credit card company or small claims court.

I research the choice of mattresses I required on the Benson link .
On my arrival at the local store was given suitable advice and guidance therefore purchased mattress.
It pays to research first.

The lady was very helpful, left us to browse, and answered any questions we had. We bought what we went in for, two single bed frames. She was also able to answer questions on the wardrobes, height etc. We would definitely use this store again.
