We recently visited the Benson’s Bed outlet at Castleford Junction 31 and purchased a mattress. The experience was fantastic thanks to Jude, who was the only member of staff there at the time. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, answering all of our questions with patience and a smile. Everything went smoothly and we felt very well looked after. Outstanding service — highly recommended.

Great Experience
I had a great experience with the team at Bensons for Beds.
When I visited the shop, Judy, the manager, took the time to explain the features of the different beds and mattresses, which made me feel confident in choosing the best option for my needs.
The delivery team was brilliant. I was able to track the delivery, and I also received a call from the driver about half an hour before the scheduled time to let me know they were on the way.
The delivery itself was smooth, and Michael and Chris were very friendly and professional.

We received a warm welcome from Keiran who was informative and helpful. Not pushy which we liked. Gave us plenty of time to decide. A 10 out of 10 sales person.
We would definitely buy from Bensons again.
