The Bensons for beds team at Stirling Springkerse are very helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially the lovely Carol’ who took our order for our new mattress who went up and beyond to get what we were wanting . This is our fourth return to bensons for beds over the last few years I’m sure it will not be the last. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.we have never been disappointed with the wonderful customer care and service they give. I highly recommend Bensons for beds for anyone who is looking for high quality beds and services.

Our advisor Kieran was super helpful without being pushy. His product knowledge shone through which made us feel very reassured with his customer service. He explained the process of ordering bed to delivery and assembly very well so our overall store experience was really positive.

Helpful, informative, polite. Left us alone to look for a while, then came over. Tried a few beds, were given different pillows to try.

When filling in the paperwork, the other staff members entertained the grandkids which was fantastic.
Really friendly and my granddaughter helped one of the team with her maths. lol. We all found that funny and the grandkids felt included which is nice.

And helpful. Talked to us about the different types softness etc. Plus shop was closed too us and easy too get too. These 2 will be third and fourth mattress we have bought from your shop. They are so well made and comfortable.

Kieran at the J32 store immediately put us at ease, listened, understood disabilities, answered questions but put zero pressure on to us to buy a single thing. He gave us space but was didnt keep us waiting or having to hunt for him to answer what must have felt like a million questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to receiving our new bed in a few weeks.

Gill from the castleford branch was amazing.
Previously our son had purchased a bed with some major issues. Gill managed to sort these issues professionally which resulted in us having the confidence to buy from Bensons again. This was despite customer services telling us to go back to the shop has they couldn’t help out. (Very surprised at this)
Gill went through multiple beds on offer, explained everything and answered all our questions.
This resulted in us purchasing again from Bensons.
A truly wonderful and knowledgeable staff member.
Bensons should be proud to have such an employee.

We went to the Bensons For Beds retail shop at Junction 32 Outlet at Castleford. Originally just to look at a Silentnight Mattress that we had seen online. We were told that particular mattress wasn’t stocked at the shop, so we had a look at a few others with the assistance of Jane. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up looking at the Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool mattress, which after trying out, we decided to buy. The price in the shop was not competitive when compared with the online price direct from Tempur. We took some details and decided to think about buying one. We received a call within about 10mins of leaving the shop saying that they would match the online price as their Black Friday deals were due shortly. We went back and ordered the Tempur Mattress, 2 x Tempur Pillows and Tempur Mattress protector for delivery on 9th December.
The mattress, pillows and mattress protector were delivered today as expected. Excellent experience of the delivery, just as the initial sale was. The only issue is the mattress protector was found to have a dirty patch on it when we unpacked it and fitted it to the mattress. I contacted Customer Service but did not get a response. After Sonya at Bensons For Beds Castleford saw my initial review, she arranged for us to collect a new Mattress Protector straight away! Excellent Customer Service! I would highly recommend Bensons For Beds Castleford.

Sonya in the store was amazing, she gave brilliant advice and was even able to secure my daughters perfect bed at an unbelievable price. So pleased can’t wait to see my daughters reaction when she sees it.

An excellent company to deal with from ordering the bed to the delivery and setting up of the bed.The staff at the shop at Junction 32 Glasshoughton,near Castle ford were polite and knowledgeable without being pushy.
