When we walked in the store was welcoming followed by Jane who was really helpful taking the time to listen to what we wanted and recommending the best option. She took the time to explain the delivery options as we are moving house soon and also how the deals work really great shopping experience considering we where buying on the the big home items and spending quite a bit of money going through it with Jane reassured us of our decision
