Excellent service

They delivered the bed to my disabled wife when she asked the delivery man to put it through the window of the bedroom he said no it wouldn't fit when she told him the first one which was the same bed fitted he still refused to do it leaving the bed outside on the floor

Wendy assisted both my mother and I when we bought our beds and mattresses. Wendy showed us around, going at our own pace and never rushing us. She genuinely cared about our needs; asking us questions about what position we both slept in, to tailor the information and present to us the beds that would be most suitable for our needs. Wendy provided us with lots of information about the beds, sale and delivery processes, and was objective when highlighting information that was beneficial to us as the customer. When we asked her opinion so we could make an informed choice, she was forthcoming and honest. Wendy never gave us the feeling she was there to make a quick sale, and when we were indecisive, she suggested we go back and retry other beds to ensure we were happy with our decisions. To determine our comfort needs she even tried us out on the 'SleepPro' to establish which firmness rating would be the most comfortable and supportive for our individual needs, which was fun!
Thanks to Wendy, the whole experience was easy, straightforward and fun and we are happy with the beds and mattresses we purchased. Thank you Wendy!

Tyron, the store manager is a professional, he helped us choose a mattress and a bed frame today, he is very patient, very cultured, he listens to the client and understands his needs, I wish myself to meet such a person in every store, shopping with this man is a pleasure, thank you Tyron, Tomasz Filipiak.

I had the best customer experience at Bensons. I was approached by the store manager Tyrone in the Charlton branch. He was very friendly, honest and patient with me as I just couldn't make up my mind. It took me 2 days to decide on a mattress and Tyrone was very helpful. He wasn't pushy and gave me my space to decide. We need lots of Tyrone's in ever store

Tyrone was really helpful, showed me a variety of beds so I could get a good understanding of different types and pay brackets, he also happily entertained my 2 year old whilst doing so, so thank you great service! I won’t receive the mattress until later so can’t comment on the actual product/delivery etc.

Had an easy experience at Benson's Greenwich. Tyrone was knowledgeable and was fun to talk to. He found us a good bed in our budget and ensured that we stayed in the budget and didn't stray too far.

The choice of beds is large and comprehensive, and getting set up for a delivery was a breeze.

We purchased an iGel mattress from Bensons for Beds for £1,500, expecting a high-quality product that would provide us with comfort and support. At first glance, the mattress looked great, with no visible manufacturing defects. However, within a short period of use, it has become soggy and started causing severe back pain.

When we raised our concerns with Bensons for Beds, their response was disappointing. They sent an Emmeiera technician to assess the mattress, but the inspection felt superficial at best. The technician simply stated that there were no manufacturing defects and dismissed our complaint without any meaningful investigation.

It has been incredibly frustrating trying to make Bensons understand how this mattress is affecting our health and daily life. They show no empathy or understanding of the customer’s pain, making it nearly impossible to get a resolution.

For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, we’re left with a mattress that worsens our back issues and a retailer that refuses to take responsibility. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing an iGel mattress or dealing with Bensons for Beds.

I want to say a big thank you to the team at the Charlton store, especially Ama. She asked all the right questions which helped me buy the perfect bed. Overall, the customer service was friendly, thorough and welcoming. I could not recommend enough!

Absolutely Amazing, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the manager Tyrone took his time to help us find the perfect bed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

The whole buying process was excellent. We made a few visits to the store and each time were given accurate and helpful information by the staff. We were made to feel welcome and built a good rapport with the store manager. After being advised it could be several weeks before our chosen bed frame arrived, it turned out to be a much shorter time frame. It was easy to change our minds on the fabric and colour, though we did appear to have duplicate orders with the delivery company, who quickly sorted the issue. The delivery company in question were also excellent and assembled the bed in under 30 minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending both Bensons for Beds and their delivery company.
